A valid Philippine government-issued ID is required. Accepted IDs include a passport, driver's license, SSS/GSIS ID, PhilHealth card, voter's ID, or national ID (PhilSys). Login & Security

On the login page, click "Forgot password?" You can request a reset link sent to your registered email or a PIN sent to your Philippine mobile number. Follow the instructions in the message to create a new password. If you no longer have access to your registered email or number, contact support directly.

After several consecutive failed login attempts, CebuWin temporarily locks the account for 15 minutes as a security measure. Wait it out and try again, or use the password reset option to regain access immediately. Repeated lockouts may indicate someone else is trying to access your account — in that case, contact support right away.

Yes. Two-step verification (2SV) is available and highly recommended. When enabled, logins from new or unrecognized devices will require a one-time PIN sent to your Philippine mobile number. You can toggle this on in Account Settings under Security. It's one of the best ways to protect your balance and personal data.

Yes, CebuWin allows you to be logged in on multiple devices simultaneously. Your balance and activity sync in real time across all sessions. However, for security, we recommend logging out of devices you no longer use — you can manage active sessions from Account Settings.
Deposits & Payments

CebuWin supports all major Philippine payment channels: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay, PESONet bank transfers, and online banking through BDO, BPI, and UnionBank. Visa and Mastercard debit and credit cards are also accepted. All transactions are processed in Philippine Pesos (₱) with no conversion fees on our end.

The minimum deposit at CebuWin is ₱100. This applies across all payment methods including GCash and Maya. There is no maximum deposit limit on the platform itself, though your payment provider (e.g., GCash wallet limit) may impose its own caps.

GCash and Maya deposits are typically instant — usually reflecting in your CebuWin balance within 1 to 3 minutes. If a deposit hasn't appeared after 10 minutes, check that the transaction shows as successful on your GCash or Maya app, then contact our support team with the transaction reference number.
Bank transfer deposits via InstaPay may take up to 30 minutes during peak hours.

CebuWin does not charge deposit fees on our end. However, some payment providers (like your bank or GCash for certain transactions) may charge their own service fees. Withdrawals

Log in to your CebuWin account, go to your Wallet, and select "Withdraw." Choose your preferred payout method — GCash, Maya, or bank transfer — enter the amount in pesos, and confirm. Withdrawals are sent to the same account or wallet you used for your deposit to prevent fraud.

Most withdrawal requests are processed within the same business day. GCash and Maya payouts are typically the fastest, often completing within 1 to 4 hours. Bank transfers via InstaPay may take up to 24 hours. Larger withdrawals may require additional verification, which can add processing time.

The minimum withdrawal is ₱200. There is no maximum withdrawal limit per request, though very large amounts may be subject to additional identity verification in compliance with Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) regulations in the Philippines.

Common reasons include unmet bonus wagering requirements, incomplete identity verification, a mismatch between your withdrawal account and registered details, or an outstanding issue flagged on your account. Contact support at support@cebuwin.app with your withdrawal reference number and we'll sort it out.
Bonuses & Promotions

Your welcome bonus activates automatically on your first qualifying deposit. Simply register, complete account verification, and make your first deposit. The bonus will appear in your account balance. Head to Promotions to check the current welcome offer and its wagering requirements before depositing.

A wagering requirement (sometimes called a rollover) means you need to bet the bonus amount a certain number of times before it can be withdrawn as real cash. For example, a ₱1,000 bonus with a 10x wagering requirement means you need to place a total of ₱10,000 in bets before that bonus becomes withdrawable.
